69. GRT-associated RD with Coloboma

Unlike typical rhegmatogenous retinal detachment repair, surgery in the setting of a GRT or in the setting of a coloboma requires some special considerations. We will dive into this topic during today’s case, presented by our guest surgeon of the week, Dr. Mayank Bansal.  The patient presented here has an inferior fundus coloboma not involving the optic nerve who presented with a superotemporal GRT-associated retinal detachment. Thank you Dr. Bansal for sharing this case!
