Closing out our week of cases from guest surgeon Dr. Mayank Bansal we have a very complex patient with pathologic myopia who presented with a traumatic dislocated crystalline lens, superotemporal retinal detachment and myopic traction maculopathy. This is a great learning case where Dr. Bansal was able to manage all 3 issues in a single surgical setting.
