92. Iris Claw Lens

This is a case of a posteriorly dislocated IOL in a patient who has previously undergone vitrectomy for a retinal detachment.  The dislocated lens is explanted and replaced with an Iris claw lens.  Our guest surgeon is Dr. Bruno Teixeira who is a 4th year resident at Coimbra University Hospital in Portugal.  This is a very impressive surgery to be performed by a resident and I think you are going to be amazed by his level of surgical skill.  Thank you Dr. Teixeira for sharing this case!
