197. Total Retinal Detachment

Today’s case, submitted by guest surgeon Dr. Shruti Bhattacharya from New Delhi, India, features a young patient with a total traumatic retinal detachment and no posterior vitreous detachment.  This is a challenging case that tests your surgical strategy and patience in the OR.
