In this episode, we feature an elegant bimanual dissection of a complex diabetic tractional retinal detachment performed by Dr. Motazz Alarfaj who, at the time of the surgery, was a senior vitreoretinal fellow at King Khaled Eye Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
