Our case for today comes from Dr. Alejandro Cruz González, who shares a case he performed as a fellow at APEC in Mexico City, Mexico. The patient has loose, eroded Gore‑Tex sutures resulting in lens subluxation and he demonstrates how to replace the suture without ever touching the lens.
