Today, Dr. Rahimy and I are joined by guest faculty Dr. Jeremy Wolfe, co-managing partner and associate fellowship program director at the world‑renowned Associated Retinal Consultants and Beaumont School of Medicine in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Wolfe will be walking us through a case of a dislocated three‑piece intraocular lens that was originally implanted using a modified intrascleral haptic fixation technique, highlighting his surgical decision‑making and pearls for managing this scenario. Thank you, Dr. Wolfe, for sharing this case!
