241. Is a Temporal Inverted ILM Flap Enough?

Today’s question: can a single temporal hinged ILM flap close a macular hole without peeling the ILM circumferentially?  Multiple studies have shown macular hole closure with temporal-only flaps to have comparable outcomes to traditional ILM flaps.  In this case, returning guest surgeon Dr. Andres Lisker puts that evidence to the test.
