In today’s episode, a vitreoretinal fellow demonstrates the application of PRP using the endophotocoagulation probe following a TRD repair for a patient with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. During the case we discuss tips for achieving consistent intensity of retinal burns, ergonomic considerations, laser settings and extent of PRP.
